Job Title: Restaurant Shift Leader

Company: Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 for a Restaurant Shift Leader in Columbus, OH, is relatively competitive but on the lower end compared to industry standards, which typically range from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, responsibilities, and the type of establishment. In the Columbus area, factors such as cost of living, prevalent wage rates in the food and beverage industry, and the demand for skilled leadership roles in restaurants suggest that while $19 is above minimum wage and attractive for entry-level positions, it may struggle to attract experienced candidates or those in high-demand regions. Overall, to remain competitive and attract skilled leaders, restaurants might consider adjusting this rate.
