Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Company: North American Dental Group
Location: Strongsville, OH
Pay: $16.75 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.75 for a Front Desk Coordinator in Strongsville, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on factors like experience, company size, and specific industry. In Ohio, the wage may be more competitive due to the lower cost of living compared to larger metropolitan areas, but this rate still appears slightly under the industry standard, suggesting that while it may attract candidates, it may also struggle to retain experienced individuals or attract top talent. Overall, it may be beneficial for employers to consider increasing this rate to enhance competitiveness in the job market.
