Position: Patient Service Specialist
Location: Stow, OH
Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays (Hours vary), 2 evenings until 7 PM
Compensation: Starting at $15/hr, pending experience

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and register patients, providing essential information regarding their visit and details about upcoming appointments during the checkout process.
  • Schedule patient appointments both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain regular communication with various stakeholders, including attorney offices, insurance companies, translation services, operational leaders, and the business development team.
  • Collect co-pays from patients, facilitate payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications and authorizations.

Qualifications
Minimum:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year of front desk experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in insurance verification
  • Background in healthcare
