Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Always Best Care Senior Services
Location: Huron, OH
Pay: $9 – 12 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $9 to $12 for a caregiver role in Huron, OH, is generally considered below the competitive market rates. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers across the United States typically ranges from $12 to $20, depending on experience, certifications, and job responsibilities, with rates often higher in urban areas or where there is a high demand for caregiving services. In Ohio, particularly in suburban regions like Huron, rates tend to hover around $11 to $15 per hour, indicating that the proposed wage falls short of the industry standards. This could lead to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified caregivers in the area.
