Job description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Driver to join our family-owned business, recognized for maintaining one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. This position involves no-touch freight, primarily consisting of drop and hook loads.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including an average weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,500, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and $1,000 orientation pay. Job Responsibilities:
The selected CDL A Truck Driver will transport general freight in a dry van trailer across all 48 states, taking advantage of primarily drop and hook loads to maximize mileage.

Equipment Overview:
We pride ourselves on providing top-quality equipment, including options such as the Freightliner Coronado/122SD, Freightliner Cascadia/Evolution, Volvo VN780, Volvo VNL860, and Peterbilt 579. All trucks are equipped with an APU and inverter for your convenience.

Orientation Process:
As a new member of our team, we will arrange your travel via flight or rental car, provide a single-occupancy hotel room, and cover all meal expenses during orientation. We encourage you to bring a spouse or pet, as we have a no-wait rider and pet policy. You will also receive $1,000 for your orientation, included on your first paycheck.

Qualifications:
