Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI at Fox Acura. In this role, you will play a vital part in fulfilling our vision of “Working together moving people throughout life” by fostering trust and cultivating long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional purchasing experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, consulting on their needs, and utilizing dealership systems for follow-up communications, all while delivering the highest level of customer service. We seek a candidate who is competitive, career-oriented, and innovative in a dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply, as we offer comprehensive training for the first 60 days in this full-time position.

Specific responsibilities include the following, with additional tasks as assigned:

• Proactively greet and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Stay informed on the latest product information to maintain a high level of vehicle knowledge.
• Provide customers with detailed specifications on vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more.
• Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilize dealership systems for thorough pre- and post-sale follow-up to maintain a comprehensive client database.
• Maintain a knowledgeable understanding of vehicle values and equity, financing options, and Fox programs.
• Ensure adherence to Fox procedures throughout the vehicle delivery process.
• Familiarize customers with various points of interest within the dealership.
• Support showroom preparation by ensuring an appealing selection of vehicles is available and that the space is well-maintained.
