Job Description
Job Title: Dietary Aide
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Brimfield, OH
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $13 for a Dietary Aide in Brimfield, OH, is generally considered below the competitive market rate for this role. Dietary Aides typically earn between $14 and $18 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific employer practices. While regional variations and cost of living can influence pay rates, the offered wage may not adequately reflect the responsibilities and skills required for the position, making it less attractive to potential applicants in a market where demand for healthcare support roles is rising.
