Who We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist: A degree in Surgical Technology with certification or eligibility for certification through the NBSTSA is required. Certification through the NCCT may be accepted depending on the assigned territory.
  • Adaptable and Travel-Ready: You should be comfortable driving to various locations within your assigned territory and staying overnight as necessary. All travel expenses, including hotel accommodations, fuel for the company vehicle, and meal allowances, will be covered.
  • Excellent Communicator: The ability to quickly establish strong relationships with surgeons and their teams is essential.
  • Self-Assured: We seek candidates who can maintain confidence and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing equipment and completing administrative tasks to support your territory.
  • Operating Room Experience: Experience in ophthalmic procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:

Compensation Range:

  • The annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
  • A company credit card will be provided for expenses associated with travel, including hotel accommodations, fuel for the company vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and meal allowances during overnight stays.
