Job Description
Job Title: Kids Entertainment Supervisor
Company: Great Wolf Lodge
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay: $18.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.50 for a “Kids Entertainment Supervisor” in Traverse City, MI, tends to be on the lower end of the scale when compared to industry standards for similar roles, particularly in the context of child care or entertainment management. While pay can vary significantly based on experience, specific job responsibilities, and employer, data from job boards and salary aggregators suggest that competitive wages for this type of position in Michigan typically range from $20 to $25 per hour or higher, especially in tourist-oriented areas like Traverse City. Therefore, while $18.50 might attract candidates, it may not fully align with the expectations of more experienced supervisors or those looking for comprehensive benefits, which could affect recruitment and retention in the long run.
