Location: Mount Orab, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a “Home Care Aide STNA” position in Mount Orab, OH, is somewhat competitive but may vary depending on several factors such as experience, credentials, and specific responsibilities. According to recent data, the average pay for home health aides in Ohio tends to range from $12 to $16 per hour, with STNA certifications potentially allowing for higher pay within that range. Given that STNAs often have specialized training, this rate may be on the lower end of the scale for those with experience, particularly in more urban areas or specialized care settings. Overall, while this pay is close to average for the region, it may not fully reflect the skill set that STNAs typically bring to the role.
