Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Hampton Battle Creek

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Pay: $14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14.50 for a Housekeeper in Battle Creek, MI, is slightly below the average pay in the region, which typically ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific employer requirements. While this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions or those in smaller establishments, it may not attract more experienced candidates or align with competitive wage standards in larger hotels or healthcare facilities. Therefore, while it is relatively close to the lower end of the market range, it may not be considered competitive for drawing skilled applicants in the area.
