– Ability to lift weights of 60-80 pounds and scale 28-36 foot ladders
– Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including both heated and unheated settings, and perform both indoor and outdoor tasks despite weather variations
– Capability to kneel, crawl, bend, or assume other positions that may be uncomfortable
– Possession of a valid driver’s license
– Capability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check
– Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings or weekends
