Job Title: Part-Time Cashier (Lansing, MI)

Company: Great Lakes Ace Hardware

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $12 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $12 for a Part-Time Cashier in Lansing, MI, appears to be below the competitive wage range for similar positions in the area. According to various sources, including local labor market data, cashier roles typically offer hourly wages between $13 to $15, with some variation depending on experience, the specific employer, and any additional benefits included. Given the rising cost of living and the increasing minimum wage in Michigan, a rate of $12 may not attract a sufficient pool of qualified candidates and could be considered less favorable compared to the prevailing industry standards in Lansing and the state overall.
