Job Description
Job Title: Part-time Breakfast Attendant, Weekdays and Weekends available
Company: Fairfield Inn & Suites Hilliard West Columbus
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a Part-time Breakfast Attendant in Columbus, OH, is generally considered below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on the establishment and responsibilities. In Columbus specifically, this pay aligns closely with the lower end of the spectrum for entry-level positions in the food service industry, where competition for staff has increased, particularly in the wake of rising living costs. Thus, while the offered rate may attract some candidates, it may struggle to remain competitive against employers offering better wages or benefits, especially in a market where many workers are seeking more substantial compensation.
