Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide – PRN/flex scheduling
Company: Help at Home
Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a “Home Care Aide – PRN/flex scheduling” role in Norwalk, OH, is generally competitive but may be on the lower end compared to industry standards. According to various labor market data, home care aides typically earn between $12 and $20 per hour nationally, with rates varying based on experience, certifications, and local demand. In Ohio, the average hourly wage tends to align closely with this range, often leaning towards the $14-$18 mark, making the offered rate reasonable but potentially less attractive in urban areas where higher wages may be offered. Overall, while the compensation is within the acceptable range, offering additional benefits or incentives could enhance competitiveness in attracting qualified candidates.
