Job Title: Deli Associate Part Time

Company: Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 for a “Deli Associate Part Time” position in Clinton Township, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may not align with the higher end of industry standards. As of late 2023, typical rates for similar roles in Michigan generally range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, location, and specific employer practices. While $14 is above the state minimum wage and may appeal to entry-level workers, it may be less attractive to individuals with more experience or in areas with a higher cost of living. Considering local economic conditions, cost of living, and competitor wages, employers may need to offer additional benefits or incentives to enhance recruitment and retention in this role.
