WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THE GRAND RAPIDS COSTCO LOCATION! We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals who can serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to sell nutritional supplements produced by Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Are you highly motivated by goals, enjoy engaging with people, and are known for being a self-starter? If so, this position could be an excellent fit for you! Representatives will be trained to drive sales by actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our popular Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM; all days available, with Saturday and Sunday offering the highest commission potential. This sales position is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Compensation:

  • Starting base pay of $26 per hour, supplemented by bonuses for surpassing sales quotas.
  • W-2 Employment status.
  • We provide a promotional kit and offer bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
  • Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200-$300 daily, while our top performers can make $500+ per day!

Bonus Structure:
With four distinct products available in Costco and typically three on display, your potential earnings can vary. Shifts commence at 10 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM, during which you will receive credit for all sales made that day within this additional three-hour window when customers are actively purchasing our products.

  • Sell 30 Super Greens: earn $90 in commission.
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: earn $60 in commission.
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage and assist Costco members to promote various brands supplied by our partners.
  • Present yourself and the company in a competent and professional manner while representing Direct Demo at Costco.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members.
  • Consistently check for messages regarding scheduling and other communications from your manager.
  • Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
  • Physically transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of each shift.
  • Carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Work independently without direct supervision as the sole team member per location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with a knack for approaching and conversing with customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in direct sales is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in email and mobile device/computer skills.
