In response to our high-growth trajectory, we are seeking an accomplished Principal Consultant to deliver valuable insights and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring content quality and performing risk assessments, while leading comprehensive project planning.
– Contribute to the growth of practice areas through business development, talent management, and delivery oversight, alongside establishing thought leadership.
– Assemble and mentor teams throughout all stages of project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, and facilitating effective development efforts.
– Gather and analyze client business requirements to devise innovative and compelling solution strategies.
– Develop and present proposals, as well as establish Statements of Work for client engagements.

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in the digital or data analytics sectors.
– At least 7 years of experience in custom product development (SDLC) with a focus on Agile methodologies.
– Proven track record in driving sales initiatives within a consulting context, coupled with significant experience in large program and solution management.
– Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating thought leadership through writing, presenting, and collaborative engagement.
– Adaptability to fast-paced environments, a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, and an enthusiasm for continuous engagement.

Compensation Range: $156,086 – $191,206
