Job Title: Home Care Aide – evenings in Mt. Gilead

Company: Help at Home

Location: Mount Gilead, OH

Pay: $150 per week

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $150 per week translates to approximately $3.75 per hour, which is significantly below industry standards for a Home Care Aide, especially in Ohio. The typical hourly wage for home care aides in the region generally ranges from $11 to $15 per hour, reflecting both the responsibilities involved and the local cost of living. Therefore, this compensation not only appears uncompetitive but may also deter qualified candidates from pursuing this role, given the demanding nature of home care work and the existing labor market conditions.
