Become a MENTOR! Our Care Coordinator and Director select mentors to guide and support our newest Angels through a comprehensive 6-week mentoring program. As a mentor, you will provide personal and professional guidance, assist in navigating daily challenges, and serve as a role model to new employees. Compensation:

  • Base pay range: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
  • Multiple incentive programs available to enhance your earnings

Training and Development:
No experience? No problem! Our new Angels will participate in an orientation course led by our knowledgeable staff, introducing our Caregiver Development Program. This course offers advanced hands-on training to develop new skills or refine existing ones. All employees also receive monthly online training to enhance their competencies and professionalism, unmatched by other agencies.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Light housekeeping, including care-based surface cleaning
  • Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, feeding, oral care, and toileting
  • Facilitating social interaction through games, reading, and puzzles
  • Providing care for clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s, including cognitive exercises and social engagement
  • Assisting with errands and shopping for clients
  • Medication reminders and assistance with timely consumption of prescribed medications
  • Meal preparation to assist clients with their nutritional needs and special diets

Flexible Scheduling:
Choose your preferred hours with options for 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, available in:

  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekend shifts

Service Areas:
