About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can effectively work across our various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End services. This position is based in West Chester, at our store located at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The pay range for this role is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:
– Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with customers to understand their desires and assist them in implementing meal solutions.
– Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings and weekly ad items throughout the store, collaborating across departments to support guests effectively.
– Foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while ensuring that nearby guests receive assistance.
– Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and support general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
– Uphold a professional appearance by adhering to uniform standards.
