Located on a beautifully landscaped 100-acre property in Centerville, OH, Bethany Village is committed to delivering exceptional care to all residents through well-designed living options.

This position is PRN (as needed) for the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM or 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with occasional availability required on weekends and Fridays. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate school and extracurricular commitments. Compensation is set at $11.00 per hour.

Position Summary:
The individual in this role will provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to all residents, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment in the dining and service areas. A commitment to treating residents, guests, and co-workers with dignity and respect is paramount.

Job Duties:

  • Correctly portion breakfast fruits, salads, desserts, milk, bread, margarine, juices, special nourishment, and other food items as specified by menu breakdowns and individual diet cards.
  • Assemble approximately 200 patient trays each meal period with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to time constraints.
  • Serve residents in the dining room attentively and proficiently.
  • Attend to all residents, guests, and authorized diners as directed by the team leader.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, fixtures, floors, and walls in the assembly and service areas, performing custodial tasks at the end of each shift and throughout the shift as necessary, including cart cleaning and floor sweeping/mopping.
