AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate translating to a monthly salary of $1000 – $1500 for the position of “Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member” in Ironwood, MI appears to be below the competitive range for this role. Typically, positions in insurance sales or account management in Michigan may offer hourly wages or salaries that can range significantly higher, often falling between $3,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on factors such as experience, performance, and commissions.
