Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Forklift Material Handler

Company: Vector Technical

Location: Painesville, OH

Pay: $19.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19.50 for a “2nd Shift Warehouse Forklift Material Handler” in Painesville, OH, appears to be competitive but can vary based on factors such as experience, company size, and additional benefits. As of late 2023, the typical pay for similar warehouse roles in the region ranges from approximately $15 to $22 per hour, with more experienced forklift operators or those in specialized roles potentially earning higher wages. Given this context, the offered rate aligns closely with average compensation in the area and, while it may not be at the very top of the scale, it is reflective of the market for entry to mid-level positions in this sector. Overall, it seems to provide a fair wage, especially factoring in the responsibilities usually associated with second shift roles, such as potential shift differentials or fewer applicants for non-daytime shifts.
