AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.75 to $24.52 for the “Lead Specialist – Recovery Collections” role in Brooklyn, OH, appears to be within a reasonable range but may be somewhat lower than the national average for similar positions. According to industry standards, collections specialists can earn between $20 to $30 per hour depending on factors like experience, company size, and specific job responsibilities, with lead or supervisory roles typically commanding higher wages. Considering the cost of living in the Cleveland metropolitan area, where Brooklyn is located, these rates may be competitive, but they could also reflect a need for employers to offer more attractive compensation to attract and retain skilled professionals in this field.
