Job description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Event Coordinator to join our Columbus team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring that every detail contributes to a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings and logistical arrangements.
- Support the development and distribution of event-related materials, such as schedules and invitations.
- Oversee on-site logistics during events, including setup, registration, and immediate troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with teammates to formulate and maintain event budgets effectively.
- Maintain detailed records and reports pertaining to each event, including conducting post-event evaluations.
- Communicate with attendees and assist with any inquiries related to the events.
Qualifications:
