Job Description
Job Title: PRN Dining Room Server- Mason Ohio
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “PRN Dining Room Server” in Mason, Ohio, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end compared to industry standards. Typically, dining room servers in similar settings, such as assisted living or hospitality, can earn between $12 to $20 per hour depending on factors like the establishment type, location, and experience level. In Mason, which is part of the greater Cincinnati area, wages may be influenced by local cost of living and demand for service jobs. While $15 is above the minimum wage, it might not fully reflect the skills and responsibilities required for the position. Therefore, potential candidates might view this rate as adequate but likely expect higher compensation, especially if there are additional responsibilities or the necessity for flexible hours.
