Job Description
Job Title: Night Auditor
Company: Holiday Inn
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Night Auditor in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally below the average wage for this role, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience and specific employer factors. While the cost of living in Grand Rapids is relatively moderate compared to larger metropolitan areas, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract or retain qualified candidates, especially considering the responsibilities involved, which often include managing front desk operations, resolving guest issues, and handling financial tasks overnight. Overall, while $17/hour may appeal to entry-level applicants, it may struggle to attract experienced professionals in the field.
