We take pride in our Sales Consultants earning an average annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $64,000, which combines a base hourly wage with uncapped commissions. We also provide paid training and guarantee a ramp-up rate during your initial 60 days of employment. Additionally, employees accrue paid time off at a minimum rate of 40 hours annually during their first year, increasing to 80 hours each subsequent year. You will also be entitled to the minimum requirements for paid sick leave as per applicable state laws.

What we’re looking for…
– High school diploma or GED.
– A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales setting.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, during the peak season from November to December, and/or during vacation periods.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to identify solutions.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
– Capacity to stand for extended periods.
Training Requirements:
All Sales Consultants are required to attend and successfully complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This training may necessitate overnight travel at the company’s expense. Additional online and computer-based training will be mandatory throughout your employment with Victra.
