Job description:

Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment as you work with both internal and external customers nationwide.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
  • Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and successful passage of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) are mandatory.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor responsible for accrediting or certifying facilities that serve residents of long-term care facilities is essential.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) must be maintained.
  • Proven independent decision-making abilities to effectively manage the survey process.
  • Capable of independently establishing priorities while collaboratively performing survey tasks.
  • Comfort in engaging in discussions regarding conflicts and controversies, seeking assistance as needed to make informed decisions and resolve issues.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is essential.
