Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Days
Company: Performance Food Group
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Warehouse Associate position in Ypsilanti, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to data from various job market sources, the average hourly wage for warehouse associates in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20, with some positions offering higher pay based on experience, specific skills, and the exact nature of the duties involved. While the $16 rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not sufficiently attract candidates with more experience or those in high-demand areas, especially considering potential increases in minimum wage and living costs. Therefore, for organizations seeking to draw skilled labor, revisiting the compensation structure could be beneficial.
