Job Title: 2nd Assistant Superintendent

Company: Tyler Bloom Consulting

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $60000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $60,000 for a 2nd Assistant Superintendent in Cleveland, OH translates to an approximate hourly rate of $28.85, assuming a typical full-time schedule. When comparing this to industry standards for similar roles in the region, it appears to be below average, as 2nd Assistant Superintendents in construction and related sectors often earn between $70,000 and $90,000 annually in many areas of the United States, particularly in urban settings like Cleveland where the cost of living and competition for skilled labor are considered. Therefore, this hourly rate may not be competitive and could hinder attracting qualified candidates for the position.
