Job description:
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartenders to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Bartender, you will be tasked with responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Process drink orders from guests and servers, manage payments, and provide correct change.
– Mix beverages following established recipes and standardized proportions.
– Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with identification verification and alcohol service policies and procedures.
– Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
– Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

Qualifications:

– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
– Proficient in cash handling and credit card processing.
– Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems.
– No high school diploma or GED is required.

Physical Requirements:

– Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, and engaging in repetitive motions.
