Summary: This role operates under general supervision, focusing on opening and closing the Kitchen+Bar in compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized food preparation and bar area while providing exemplary service to guests. Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of one year of bartending experience is required; two or more years of bartending and supervisory experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of two years of college is preferred.
  • Proficiency in taking written and verbal instructions and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Capability to mix and serve a diverse range of beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to perform various roles including bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
