Quanex is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, Ohio.
The Administrative Assistant is integral to facilitating communication, managing various administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment. This role provides vital support to both internal and external stakeholders, while assisting leadership in their daily responsibilities.

What Success Looks Like:
- Coordinating office services, including personnel management, meeting schedules, housekeeping, and record control.
- Preparing routine and advanced correspondence with an emphasis on confidentiality and punctuality.

- A minimum of 1–2 years of office experience in a manufacturing environment or an Associate degree in Office Administration (or equivalent).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant computer skills.
- Capability to operate with a high degree of independence.
Salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 per year, contingent on experience.
