Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Participate in monthly in-service training sessions
• Track student swim progression across different levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
• Conduct 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes consecutively
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

You will ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintain an organized teaching environment. While no previous teaching experience is necessary, a sincere passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with children are crucial for success in this role.
