Job Title: Merchandiser Team Lead

Company: Apollo Retail Specialists

Location: Escanaba, MI

Pay: $15 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $21 for a “Merchandiser Team Lead” in Escanaba, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles, which generally range from $18 to $30 per hour depending on experience, responsibilities, and market demand. While specific regional factors and the cost of living in Escanaba might justify the wage, this rate may still struggle to attract experienced candidates, particularly when considering that team leaders typically require additional skills and accountability. Overall, while the compensation aligns somewhat with local employment conditions, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled talent in the merchandising field.
