Our Sales team is in search of a dedicated Enterprise Sales Representative who will be instrumental in driving business growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and enhancing relationships with existing ones through drayage and outside sales. Drawing on your extensive knowledge of the import and export supply chain, you will develop and deliver customized drayage solutions that meet the unique requirements of your clients. You will navigate complex sales cycles, presenting tailored, high-value solutions to large companies with substantial import and export volumes. This dynamic role emphasizes consultative and solution-oriented selling, where your expertise and experience will greatly contribute to your own success as well as to Ally’s growth trajectory. This position offers flexibility to work in-office, remotely, or in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and engage new enterprise clients, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
- Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, maximizing account value through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive base salary of $80K, supplemented by performance-based commissions.
