Job Summary:
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are kept clean, attractive, and well-maintained. This position involves daily servicing of guest rooms, restocking supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing amenities in accordance with hotel standards, while strictly adhering to safety and security protocols. Additionally, the Housekeeper may be tasked with deep cleaning activities and preventative maintenance within guest rooms.

Qualifications:
– A high school diploma or equivalent; experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
– Clear conveyance of information and ideas.

Responsibilities:
