Warehouse Operations plays a crucial role in the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes tasks such as receiving products, order fulfillment, packaging, and ensuring timely shipment to meet established team goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established processes for order fulfillment, which involves accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Engage in cross-training across multiple warehouse areas and participate in various projects as required.
  • Conduct housekeeping and inventory control tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to train and obtain certification for operating material handling equipment as necessary. Equipment may include order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with technology, such as computers or point-of-sale systems, is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
