Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals
Company: Better Talent
Location: Glen Arbor, MI
Pay: $47500 – 55500 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The offered annual salary range of $47,500 to $55,500 for a “Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals” in Glen Arbor, MI, translates to approximately $22.84 to $26.64 per hour, which appears to be on the lower end for maintenance management roles, especially in the hospitality and vacation rental sectors. According to industry standards, particularly in tourist areas like Glen Arbor, salaries for maintenance managers can vary significantly based on experience and specific responsibilities; typical salaries may range from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, particularly if the role includes hands-on management of properties and coordination of staff. Therefore, while the salary is competitive for entry-level positions or smaller operations, it may not align with expectations for more experienced professionals or larger vacation rental companies in the area.
