Job Summary:

The successful candidate will facilitate the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and handle payment transactions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping to manage room availability, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. The role also involves performing laundry duties and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and public areas during each shift. The Front Desk Agent must exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a positive demeanor, even in challenging situations. Your primary objective will be to create an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about hotel operations and activities
- Handle reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Foster rapport with guests by identifying their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
