Overview:
2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandising Field Service Representative. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities that emphasize job execution, adherence to directives, task completion, and effective communication with shared services leadership. The representative will engage in various assignments, including break-fix repairs, display installations, and general merchandising tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure timely and consistent communication with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact.
– Keep availability updated and accurate.
– Complete all assigned tasks before or by their scheduled end dates.
– Install and construct displays, end caps, and fixtures.
– Execute necessary forms, images, and surveys linked to each assignment before departure from the job site.
– Maintain and update displays in accordance with planograms and client specifications.
– Perform break-fix repairs to ensure functionality of displays and fixtures.
– Participate in early morning installations and collaborate in team settings for larger projects, providing constructive feedback.
– Utilize virtual software to manage and execute tasks as planned.
– Support team objectives by assisting colleagues as needed.
– Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submissions and report any discrepancies for timely correction.
– Navigate a fast-paced work environment independently.
– Engage in training and certification programs as required.
– Accurately document and communicate activities using designated systems and workflows.
– Availability for weekend assignments as needed.

Scheduling/Planning:
Your hours and assignments may vary weekly, including possible early mornings and occasional weekends or holidays, in line with store/client requirements. Responsibilities will involve executing multiple job functions as agreed upon.
– Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Project Execution:
– Follow directives thoroughly and execute tasks to completion.
– Collaborate closely with the shared services team to meet goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions while promoting operational efficiency.

Relationship Development:
– Foster and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
– Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.

Leadership & Cross-functional Work:
– Exhibit professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company.

Qualifications:

Age / Eligibility:
– Must be 18 years or older (due to insurance requirements).
– Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Availability:
– Flexible availability from Monday through Friday.
– Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
– Early morning and late-night availability as needed.
– Commitment to maintaining a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period.

Physical Abilities:
– Capable of climbing a ladder up to 10 feet high.
– Able to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
