LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly expanding home improvement company, is seeking Part-Time Retail Marketers. Ideal candidates will possess outstanding verbal communication skills, exhibit self-motivation, demonstrate reliability, and have access to dependable transportation. Selected individuals will engage directly with customers at various retail locations, with flexible hours that include essential weekend availability.

Job Summary:
As a Retail Marketer, you will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for our local office by actively engaging with potential customers. You will be accountable for surpassing lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and deliver product demonstrations, utilizing high energy and engaging techniques

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• A smartphone is required
• Self-driven with a keen desire to educate potential customers about our products
• High energy and engagement levels for extended periods
• Ability to effectively implement our proven lead generation system for our top-rated product
