We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time Line Cooks to join our skilled back-of-house team. Our hours of operation are from 11 AM to 8 PM, with shifts beginning at 10 AM and concluding at 9 PM, contingent upon business levels.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a solid background in food preparation, and a genuine desire to enhance our guests’ dining experiences. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and should have availability on weekends and evenings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the manager on duty to review the daily prep list and assess requirements.
  • Adhere to company recipes and procedures when preparing and cooking food.
  • Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and organization within the kitchen.
  • Prepare menu items at appropriate temperatures and within specified timeframes.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and personal appearance.
  • Assist in managing costs and minimizing waste.
  • Consistently practice good sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Take ownership of kitchen equipment and maintain its condition.
  • Interact effectively and professionally with other restaurant departments.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties as well as clean-up tasks when needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested by management.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of prior experience as a line cook.
