Job description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers (referred to as Care Professionals) to join our team at Home Instead. Responsibilities of Caregivers (Care Pros) include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offering medication reminders and assisting with appointments
  • Supporting clients with grooming and bathing needs
  • Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Delivering specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s

No prior experience is necessary for the Caregiver (Care Pro) position, as skills training will be provided by Home Instead.

Requirements for Caregivers (Care Pros):

  • A commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and congenial manner with clients
  • Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
  • A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

We offer a variety of shifts with competitive pay, with starting rates for Caregivers (Care Pros) ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
