Job Description
Job Title: Line Cook
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Line Cook position in Mason, OH, is generally considered below the competitive market standard. While entry-level cooks in the area might earn around this amount, more experienced line cooks typically command upwards of $18 to $22 per hour, depending on their skill level, establishment, and local demand. Factors such as the cost of living in Mason, OH, which is slightly higher than the national average, also contribute to the need for a more competitive wage to attract and retain skilled culinary talent. Therefore, this rate may be less appealing to potential candidates, particularly when compared to similar positions in nearby urban centers, which can offer higher starting wages.
