As a US Foods® Driver, you will be eligible for a $12,000 retention bonus, provided you meet the qualifications for CDL-A Drivers. Schedule:
- Approximately 85% of driver routes allow for daily home time.
- Typical work schedule consists of four 12-hour shifts.
- Saturday deliveries may be required.
- Vacation coverage for drivers may involve some night routes and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to deliver goods to customers within scheduled timeframes.
- Unload products from the trailer using appropriate tools and place them in designated storage areas at customer locations.
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures from customers.
- Manage collections and payments as needed.
- Provide top-tier customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct all pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling between 20 to over 80 pounds of product repetitively throughout the shift.
- Comfortable driving and working in adverse weather conditions, with frequent stops (over 10 per shift).
Qualifications:
- Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*.
- Minimum age of 21 years is required.
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence, including all necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or at least three months of experience specifically in food and beverage delivery is required.
- Proficiency in operating manual transmissions is preferred; it may be a requirement in certain locations.
- Must demonstrate the ability to read and communicate effectively in English, including holding conversations, understanding traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports.
