Job Description
Job Title: Flight Follower
Company: AirNet II
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $50000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $50,000 for a “Flight Follower” role in Ypsilanti, MI, translates to approximately $24.04 per hour. This rate is generally considered on the lower end for aviation-related positions, especially given that flight followers typically require specialized knowledge and skills to monitor flight operations and assist with logistical support. Salaries for similar roles in the aviation sector can vary significantly based on experience and specific responsibilities, but many positions within this field in Michigan and nationally tend to offer higher compensation, often in the range of $40,000 to $70,000 annually. Therefore, this salary may not be highly competitive and could potentially suggest a need for adjustment to attract qualified candidates in a market that values aviation expertise.
