Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their initial classes, and ensuring a memorable first-time guest experience. Provide membership information based on recommendations from Group Fitness Coaches.
- Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Generate leads, book appointments, and drive membership and product sales.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and effectively handle any concerns that arise.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards by adhering to all Orangetheory Fitness systems and procedures. Organize the front desk and prioritize tasks as needed throughout your shift.
- Greet members by name and accurately record class attendance. Create memorable experiences for members by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
- Stay informed about all studio events, current promotions, fitness challenges, external activities, and corporate initiatives.
- Work independently and take ownership of your role in contributing to the studio’s overall success and teamwork.
- Assist in keeping the studio environment clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
- A growth mindset and a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and address member inquiries efficiently.
